Aetha developed, together with NERA Economic Consulting, a set of recommendations to the BIPT on how to award the 800MHz band to mobile operators in Belgium. The study considered in detail which licence conditions, auction format and reserve price level would be most appropriate given the specific characteristics of the Belgian mobile market.
