Our interview process includes two rounds of interviews, including case studies and interviews with senior Partners. During the second-round interview, you will get the opportunity to have a non-assessed discussion with one of our junior employees. This is your opportunity to find out more about us and decide whether Aetha would be a good fit for you.
The experienced hire process is similar to that for graduates but the scope of the second-round interview will depend on your experience to date. Internship applicants will only be required to attend a single round of interviews but will still have the opportunity to have a discussion with one of our junior employees.
