Aetha supported Telefónica Mexico in the development of its response to a consultation by the national regulator (Cofetel) on LRIC costing models for mobile and fixed wholesale services, and in the subsequent litigation in this regard. As part of the first phase of the work, Aetha prepared a report on benchmarking and asymmetry in interconnection tariffs.
